Roger DiRuscio has been hooked on Real Estate from the word go. As a young Vietnam Army Veteran in 1975, Roger purchased his first home using his VA Home Loan in Irvington, Fremont for $33,500 (the median home price in Irvington is now $882,400). Before long he had started night school, taking every single real estate course offered at Ohlone College. The following year, Roger bought his second home, a rental property in the Sundale neighborhood.

By 1977, Roger realized his properties increase in value totaled more than his full-time job salary. He finally made the jump, quitting his job and signing up for his real estate license test the next day. He became a successful agent with Red Carpet Real Estate in Fremont, and for several years specialized in assisting first-time buyers. He continued buying properties, building nuanced experience with every aspect of the business, from renovations to placing tenants.

From 1986-1991, Roger DiRuscio owned and operated his own brokerage, Centerville Real Estate, headquartered in an office building he purchased from his previous employer!

Since 1991, Roger has been a Broker Associate at Realty Experts in Fremont. He loves to navigate the individual nature of each transaction. Throughout the Recession, Roger offered owners of distressed properties advice on foreclosure avoidance and short sale options.

A unique advantage of working with Roger is his ongoing partnership with the Newark-Fremont Legal Center for over 25 years. This exclusive partnership allows him to coordinate and streamline the legal aspects of complex transactions, especially those involving trusts, wills, divorce and probates.
